Why did I receive cancel and replacement bills?

You see these types of bills if your Transmission & Distribution Service Provider (TDSP, or local utility company) considered a specific billing cycle's original reading incorrect. This could be the result of a defective meter reading or an estimated bill. Because of this, the TDSP cancels the incorrect usage and forwards the appropriate usage to New Leaf Energy. Afterwards, we cancel your original bill and mail you a replacement bill with the accurate usage.
